State-of-the-art manufacturing unit
Our commitment to manufacturing best quality nutritional products is reflected in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Bangalore which conforms to UFSDA and WHO-GMO standards and adheres to International food safety (IFS) standards. Running on complete automation the facility circumvents human fallibility and increases scientific efficacy. It is the largest such facility of its kind in South East Asia spread over 0.5 million sq. ft. The facility production is diverged into three units based on packaging.
A separate and distinctive manufacturing unit of 12000 sq. ft is allocated for production of samples of our products which are then disseminated to doctors, hospitals and other healthcare centres, free of charge, for their evaluation. This unit churns out 10,00,000 sample sachets per month for national as well as international distribution.
Research and Development
Our quest for producing scientifically validated nutritional solutions is entrusted with the innovative Research and Development department coupled with extensive testing and trials using the latest cutting edge technology. The efficacy of our R&D team is substantiated by practising clinical nutritionists and doctors alike. The department comprises PhDs, MSc graduates and specialists in dietetics, nutrition, and food sciences. We abide by the principle of Research and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

Our multi pronged R&D approach is supplemented by state-of-the-art analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, AAC, UV-VIS, FTIR, NIR, Osmometer and in-house stability studies,including analyzing raw material, in-process samples, and finished products for extensive quality control and analysis.
QA & QC
Our QC and QA team ensures adherence to guidelines laid down by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the WHO’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with stringent quality checks at every level of the manufacturing process. Additionally every product goes through an Annual Product Quality Review (APQR )based on which corrective and preventive actions are taken.
