Method

  1. Blend milk, sugar, B-Protin & desired fruit in a blender until it is smooth
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Add a scoop of ice cream and serve

Method 

  1. Mix milk powder and cream. Then add this paste to milk
  2. Boil till it becomes thick in consistency & then cool it
  3. Add sugar & B-Protin. Mix well in a blender and keep it for refrigeration for 2 hours
  4. Remove it from the fridge and once again blend for 3 minutes. Then freeze for 3 - 4 hours
  5. Once set, serve chilled with dry fruits of your choice

 

B-Protin Yummy Mousse

Method
  1. Mix condensed milk, sugar & cream, B-Protin and fruit pieces
  2. Pour the mixture into individual glasses or bowls or moulds. Keep them in a refrigerator to set for 2 - 3 hours
  3. Garnish with fruit pieces or chocolate chips and serve chilled

Method

  1. In a pan, fry the  wheat flour in ghee on low heat until an aroma exudes
  2. Add edible gum, stir constantly
  3. When all the gum has popped, remove it from the heat
  4. Add almonds, dates, coconut, fenugreek powder and ginger powder and mix well
  5. In another pot, add jaggery & ½ cup of water. Boil the mixture until you get a one thread consistency
  6. Combine it with the flour mixture and mix well
  7. Sprinkle Pro-PL and mix well
  8. Carefully take a handful of the mixture and make laddoos and store them in an airtight container, when cool

Method

Method 

  1. Drain out all the excess water from the grated bottle gourd & keep aside
  2. In a bowl, mix milk & cardamom powder

  4. Add the milk mixture, mix well & boil for 2 - 3 minutes
  5. Sprinkle Pro-PL (Vanilla/Chocolate/Cardamom) powder & garnish with walnut/flax seed powder & serve

  4. Remove from the flame & cool for some time. Add Pro-PL (Vanilla/Chocolate/ Cardamom) powder and mix well
  5. Spread in a greased tray & allow to set for 1 hour
  6. Once set cut or roll in desired shapes & serve

  5. Fill each date with a portion of the mixture
  6. Roll into coconut powder & serve

  5. Cut the sandwiches into triangular shapes & serve

Method 

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar & salt together
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs & milk & add to flour mixture, stir until smooth
  3. Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk
  4. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake
  5. Cook until it gets lightly brown on the bottom  
  6. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of Pro-PL powder over the pancakes & serve

Method

  • Whisk custard powder and milk well and cook on high flame
  • Once it begins to thicken, add sugar and cook, stir continuously to avoid lumps
  • Take off the heat and set aside to cool

  • Apply a layer of jelly on a slice of cake and cover one more slice of cake over it
  • Repeat the process to make a triple layer
  • Pour custard over the cake and chill it thoroughly in a fridge
  • The cake is now ready. Garnish with fruits and serve

Method 

  1. Boil the milk. Reduce flame and allow it to reduce to half its original quantity. Turn off flame and bring to room temperature and refrigerate to  chill till serving time
  2. Add 1 tsp of ghee over the pan. Add dried fruits and toast for a minute till brown. Set aside in a bowl
  3. Drizzle 2 tsps of ghee in the same pan and place bread. Toast the  bread to a  golden shade on both sides. Remove and place on a plate
  4. Dip each toasted triangle in the sugar syrup to coat both sides and keep in a plate
  5. Mix the Kids-Pro into the chilled milk and pour over the bread slices, garnish with  roasted nuts and serve

Method

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a container and bring to boil over high heat, stir constantly
  2. Now lower the heat and cook the milk, stirring constantly, until it has thickened and reduced to about 1 cup
  3. Stir the sides of the pan constantly to avoid scalding
  4. Now add the cardamom seeds, stir well, allow to cool, then add 20g KetoKid, mix it well (if required use mixer blender for better mixing)
  5. Pour the mixture in a suitable container
  6. Deep freeze the mixture for 2 hours and serve it cold

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a container and bring to boil over high flame, stir constantly
  2. Now lower the flame and cook the milk, stirring constantly, until it has thickened and reduced to about 1 cup
  3. Allow the milk to cool down & pour into blender
  4. Add KetoKid Powder & cardamom, then blend for several seconds

  1. Boil the milk and add cardamom seeds into the milk

  1. Put the milk into a container and bring to boil over high heat, stir constantly

Method 

  1. Add whole milk and condensed milk to a heavy bottomed pan. Bring to a boil
  2. Add saffron and cardamom powder and sugar
  3. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool till warm. Add B-Protin DF
  4. Pour mixture in kulfi moulds. Freeze for at least 6 hours
  5. Take moulds out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving
  6. If kulfi is stuck, you can dip the mould in hot water and run a sharp knife along the edges to help release it
